McC3 is Stephen McCormick's international consultancy.
Mr. McCormick is an independent consultant and facilitator focusing on organizational development, strategic planning and multi-stakeholder collaboration. He currently provides OD and strategy planning consultation, staff and board training, and evaluation services to foundations and non-profits in the Africa, the Caucasus, Central Asia, East Central Europe, the Middle East and the United States. He also designs and facilitates a number of collaborative initiatives involving public sector, private sector and community representatives.
He is currently on assignment as Senior Advisor to the Emirates Foundation, Abu Dhabi. From 1996–1998 he was Director of Organizational Development at the Open Society Institute, resident in Budapest. Prior to this, he was the Central European representative of the National Civic League, and before this a Program Director and Instructor for Outward Bound, in Colorado and in Kenya. |
